This policy explains how NextAV LLC collects and uses personal data through nextav.io. It applies to this website only.

We do not operate a contact form on this site. We collect data in two ways.
Information you send us. If you email us, we hold your address and whatever you choose to write, for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. We also use the third-party services below.

These providers process data on their own terms and may store it outside your country, including in the United States.
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. The site works without them.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in understanding how our site is used and in reaching potential business customers, and on your consent where consent is required. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. You may also complain to your data protection authority. To exercise any of these, email contact@nextav.io and we will respond within 30 days.
Email correspondence is kept while the business relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Analytics data is retained according to the provider's own retention settings.
